Covid-19 Update - March 27th
Further to our previous update, we are still open for business. However, we are unable to offer physical product assessments and demonstrations for the next two weeks, starting from March 26th, 2020. We will keep you notified of any potential extension to this time period should the crisis and its impact deepen.
This is due mainly to; staff self-isolation and some vulnerable staff who are have been sent home for the suggested 12 week isolation period as part of the government's shielding initiative.
We are still able, however, to support clients, professionals, and carers remotely - using technology such as Skype, MS Teams and Facetime for any product guidance or troubleshooting. We are able to process quotations and orders via head office and via our Product Advisors. Please note that Graham Bussell, Product Advisor for the SW and South Wales is on leave at present so please direct your enquiries to head office.
Quest is still manufacturing and continuing to supply. We have employed home-working wherever feasible and taken many other measures within our organisation and we are doing all that we can to balance client needs with the health of our staff.
We are fulfilling online shopping orders and able to ship equipment as well as spares. We are experiencing some delays with equipment from the EU and Denmark such as RaceRunners due to demands in shipping and the ports. Please bear with us as we are trying to do everything we can to expedite these.
We are working hard to fulfil all trike orders in good time, especially, as the need for home exercise and its effects on wellbeing become more critical and in some ways more urgent.
Our assessment centre, the Quest Hub is closed until further notice. You can, however, call our main factory line with any hub queries and for updates.
