New arrivals at Battle Back Centre

Today, Robert Henshaw, Managing Director of Quest 88, presented Chris Joynson with two new ICE Adventure Trikes for the Battle Back Centre in Lilleshall, Shropshire. Chris is the Operations Manager for the centre which is a modern sports and outdoor centre for injured service people.

The Battle Back Centre provides adaptive sports and adventure opportunities and is led by a world-class team of coaches from Leeds Beckett University, with residential accommodation for up to 24 people at a time.

Courses at the centre improve self-confidence and motivation. They develop a positive mental attitude, and enhance the ability to deal with stress.

The new trikes will also be used as part of the centres' new five-day residential course for veterans. It incorporates many features of the Multi-Activity Course for serving personnel. It combines sport and adventurous training to help physical, psychological and social recovery.

Quest 88 is a longstanding and very proud equipment provider for the Battle Back Centre and hopes that the ICE trikes prove to be a great addition to the centres' cycling programmes.
