Details:

The Kettwiesel Evo Steps is everything great about the Kettwiesel All-round, with the addition of Shimano's Steps crank-based motor system. Fully adjustable, the levels of assistance can be set to three modes that you can change on the fly depending on what incline you're about to face. With Di2 electronic shifting, changing gear is made effortless and simple. Shimano's Di2 Electronic Shifting and their Steps motor means that the bike can utilise fully automatic gear selection. The Kettwiesel Evo Step's full-suspension preserves the great handling of the Kettwiesel design, but still allows plenty of travel to enable the cycle to take most things the world of cycling can throw at it.

Each Hase bike has many options and accessories, making it impossible for us to list a definitive price. As a guide, prices range from £5500 to £7240 (excluding VAT). Please read the Product Description below for more information on pricing and assessments.

Details

The Kettwiesel Evo Steps is everything great about the Kettwiesel All-round, with the addition of Shimano's Steps crank-based motor system. The e-motor provides assistance up to 16mph (25km/h) and harmonises perfectly with your pedalling. As with most crank-based motors, the system uses torque values from your cranks to decide how much assistance to give you, meaning that the motor feels smooth and natural, complementing your pedalling rather than replacing it. Fully adjustable, the levels of assistance can be set to three modes that you can change on the fly depending on what incline you're about to face.

With Di2 electronic shifting, changing gear is made effortless and simple. Two buttons, instant up and downshifts, even when stationary. To take things even further, the pairing of Shimano's Di2 Electronic Shifting and their Steps motor means that the bike can utilise fully automatic gear selection. The system will feel how much resistance you are experiencing through the pedals, and automatically select the best gear for the speed and incline you are on. As with the assistance, this can be tailored to your personal needs with the resistance value being and option that can be changed.

The independent suspension system uses air shocks to make the Kettwiesel Evo Steps one of the most comfortable full-suspension trikes on the market. A sway bar, similar to those used in automotive design, preserves the great handling of the Kettwiesel design, but still, allows plenty of travel to enable the cycle to take most things the world of cycling can throw at it.

Each Hase bike has an extensive range of options and accessories and therefore it is not possible for us to list a definitive price, however prices range from £5500 to £7240 according to specification. Prices shown exclude VAT although in many cases exemption may apply. As a Hase Rehab Specialist, Quest 88 staff are trained to assess your needs and invite you to our Inclusive Cycling Hub for an assessment and test ride.
