Q: How long before my order is delivered?

A: That depends on the type of product! Smaller items such as Tripods, Elbow Crutches and Kaye Posture Control Walkers can take as little as two or three working days. Larger items such as standers and trikes, especially those with bespoke elements to them, can take between 2 & 6 weeks. If you are paying by credit card - Quest 88 will not debit your card until goods are ready for despatch.

Q: Do I need to involve our physiotherapist?

A: Whilst it is not always necessary to involve your Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist in your purchasing decision, Quest 88 will always advise you to do so wherever possible; as professional input could make the difference between selecting something that is adequate or something that is going to have the best effect.

Q: How do I get to try a Quest 88 Product?

A: Arrange a demonstration! There is no obligation to buy and it is the best way to establish the exact support requirements and accessories you will need. You may wish for us to send you a full brochure before-hand requesting an assessment. 

Q: I think I need something special for my child, can you make it? 

A: It may be that Quest 88 has an accessory that can be adapted to suit your child. Alternatively Quest 88 has a great deal of experience in the design of custom made equipment and accessories stemming from it's orthotic background. Customised accessories can be manufactured as long as the function and safety of the proprietry equipment is not compromised and if Quest 88 has the manufacturing capability to do so.
