Author: Robert Henshaw, Date: 30th January 2006. Before considering using an Upi standing frame without its tray, at a table or other work surface, please be aware of the potential risks. The Upi is designed as a free-standing vertical stander to be used with its own tray independant of other therapy equipment or surfaces. Users with good upperbody and arm strength could conceivably affect the stability of the Upi should they be pushed to a table. |
