The product serial number / "QU" reference and the product serial number are one and the same. You can retrieve this either from the delivery documentation or from the product itself. The product will have a final inspection label with this number handwritten on it. Posture Control Walkers will also have the number engraved on the side.

Invariably the products we supply are delivered centrally and we do not know who the end recipient is. By registering in this way it helps us to maintain traceability and helps us to reach you should we need to issue any safety advice as the need arises.
