The tricycle has really improved Robin's strength. In August we went on a cycling holiday to Italy and Robin and I shared a tandem.

There were some serious hills - one to a hill-top town at the end was 6Km of 7% and Robin really contributed to the effort and we climbed it quite easily in well under an hour.

Last year I doubt if we could have made it at all".
