Communication and confidence are two words that sum up what the Twister is all about. The Twister is a “side by side” tandem. It has a low centre of gravity with easy access to the seats.
The Twister is ideal for riders with learning disabilities who can manage some degree of pedalling action. Whilst the carer or parent controls the vehicle through the brakes and gears, the co-rider can participate in propelling the Twister and also contribute to steering the vehicle. The side-by-side seating arrangement enables those responsible for the co-rider, to offer encouragement at all times.
