The Kaye Walker is very well recognised in the area of children's gait training, however, the adult versions of the Kaye Walker also have much to offer and provide the user with the means of independent mobility without sacrificing posture.

We are all used to seeing adults mobile with tripod style walkers and lightweight rollators, however the user invariably has a stooped posture and an inefficient walking pattern. The Adult Kaye Walker places the users hands either side of the user, encouraging a more upright walking position and an efficient "walk whilst you roll" style as opposed to the "push away and catch up" style you see with other walking aids.
